Saturday 3rd February	C	Glenbranter to Benmore Gardens Linear walk down the west side of Lock Eck. Return to start point being by service bus, fare required. Terrain: Forestry track. Distance: 14½ km , duration 4½ hrs, total ascent 30 m to max ht. 60 m. Start point: Glenbranter Forestry car park. OS Map 56, Explorer 363, grid ref: NS 111 978.
Saturday 10^th Feb 0900	B +	Ben Donich, via North Ridge Mountain track on broad grassy ridge. Short rock step on ridge section.. Terrain: Could be interesting in wintry conditions. Distance 8 km, duration 5 hrs, ascent 640m to max. 847m Start point: Rest and be Thankful car park. OS Map 56, Explorer 364, grid ref: NN 230 073. 0900 HRS DEPARTURE FROM HELENSBURGH PIER
Sunday 18th February	B	Cruach Tairbeirt (photo) (photo) The ascent and descent of the hill is steep in places and can be wet. From the summit there are excellent views of the surrounding hill and lochs. Terrain: A mixture of short sections of pavement, good paths, muddy paths and some hillside and open moorland around the trig point. Distance: 13 km, duration 4 hrs, ascent 620m to max. 415m Start point: Car Park at head of Loch Long, opposite petrol station (pay & display) OS Map 56 / Explorer 364, grid ref: NN289049.
Saturday 24th February	C+	A Stroll on the edge of the Kilpatrick hills (photo) Precise route will depend upon the weather on the day. Will aim for Doughnot Hill, Black Linn Reservoir returning via the Lang Craigs from where there are good views to the West and North (weather permitting). Terrain: Mostly on paths (which however can be ill-defined) over grass and moorland and will almost certainly be wet in places. Return along the Craigs will be exposed. Distance 10-12 km, duration 4 hrs, ascent 400m to max. 370m. Start point: Overtoun House, Dumbarton. Ample parking. OS Map 56 , Explorer 347, grid ref NS 425 762.
