Forest track along NW side of Glen Loin leading to the head of Coiregrogain.
Then climb by rough ground to the bealach a'Mhaim and descending SE past the Narnain boulders on track to Succoth.

Beinn a'Mhanaich
After ½ km roadside a moorland track is followed up a gentle
but long shoulder to a long ridge at 550m. At the north end a short distance over
bealach leads to final ascent of the Beinn.
Terrain: Mainly obvious tracks along high moorland
with no rocky sections. All summits are grassy..
Distance: 9½ km,
duration 4½ hrs, total ascent 515m to max. ht. 709m.
Start point: Layby on old Glen Fruin road near Auchengaich farm.

Beinn a Choin and the Corriearklet Horseshoe (Peak of the dog) (photo) (photo)
Start by Corriearklet farm on Loch Arklet and climb grassy slopes to the top of Maol Mor. Then follow
the ridge to the Corbett Beinn a Choin (fine views over Arrochar Alps and the Trossachs).
Return via the south ridge over the top of Stob an Fhainne.
Terrain: Undulating grassy ridge with occasional rocky outcrops. Mainly trackless.
Distance: 11 km, duration 6 hrs, total ascent 890m to max 770m.
