Meall Lighiche (Doctor’s Hill)
Lying in the midst of some of the most dramatic Scottish mountains it is approached along a narrow valley off the NW end of Glen Coe. Crossing the Allt na Muidhe can be avoided by following it to the col before the ascent to Creag Bhan and the summit ridge. Return is by the outward route.

Land Rover track, moorland and steep grassy slopes with some outcropping rock, mostly avoidable.
Distance: 11km, duration 6hrs, total ascent 730m to max ht. 772m.
Start point:
A small car park on the north side of the busy A82 road where it bends sharply right shortly before the Glen Coe visitor centre.
